Pepperoni Pizza Dip with Garlic Knots

Ingredients
1 package Bowl & Basket cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Bowl & Basket seasoned salt
2 cups Bowl & Basket Shredded mozzarella
1 cup Bowl & Basket Specialty Pizza sauce (or marinara)
1/4 cup Bowl & Basket Specialty grated parmesan cheese
1 package Bowl & Basket Pepperoni slices
Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 package Bowl and Basket Garlic knots, cooked according to package directions
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a bowl combine cream cheese, Italian seasoning and seasoned salt until well blended.
- Spread mixture out evenly in the bottom of either a glass pie dish or a cast iron skillet.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella over the cream cheese mixture in an even layer, followed by the pizza sauce, then topped with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Top with parmesan, then finally top with pepperoni slices across the top.
- Heat in oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Carefully remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve with garlic knots.
